Overzicht kwartaalcijfers

In het overzicht van de kwartaalcijfers vindt u de publicatiedata van de kwartaalcijfers van grote beursgenoteerde bedrijven.

Naast de datum vindt u informatie over de verwachte en actuele winst per aandeel (WPA). Dit overzicht geeft inzicht in hoe de cijfers zich verhouden tot de marktverwachtingen.

Wat zijn kwartaalcijfers?

Beursgenoteerde bedrijven zijn verplicht om hun aandeelhouders elk kwartaal te informeren over de financiële resultaten, dit noemen we kwartaalcijfers. Hierin staan onder andere de balans, winst- en verliesrekening en het kasstroomoverzicht.

De cijfers beslaan een periode van drie maanden, waarbij het boekjaar niet altijd gelijkloopt met het kalenderjaar. Kwartaalcijfers worden vaak voor of na de reguliere handelsuren gepubliceerd om marktvolatiliteit tijdens de handelsdag te beperken.

Jaarcijfers versus kwartaalcijfers

Jaarcijfers geven inzicht in de financiële prestaties van een bedrijf over een volledig boekjaar en bevatten vaak informatie over winstgroei, omzet en kasstromen. De publicatie van jaarcijfers kan invloed hebben op de aandelenkoers, afhankelijk van de marktverwachtingen en bedrijfsresultaten.
